About me
I am a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England teaching and researching in the field of Cyber Security and Machine Learning. I completed my PhD in 2011 in the field of 'artificially intelligent and context aware service orchestration' and have over 12 years of industrial, academic and research experience. In 2005, we facilitated scientists working at CERN in analysing large amount of real time data seamlessly on their handheld Windows Mobile PocketPC devices. My current research interests include bio and nature inspired algorithm building, exploring applications of machine learning to big data problems, micro facial expression detection, smart city data modelling and computation models for data provenance.
