About me
I help produce and deliver creative work, with over 20 years’ experienced in wellness, arts and education. I’m an experienced facilitator working in both practitioner and leadership roles.
Core skills include creative thinking, project management, coaching and collaborative working. People orientated and committed to working with wellness in mind, I'm a CMI Manager, ILM Wellbeing Coach and Mental Health First Aider.
