About me

I am the CPD Framework Manager in the Academic Practice Directorate at the University of the West of England, Bristol. The main purpose of my role is to develop and manage a responsive CPD and Recognition Framework for academic staff, who teach and support learning that enables professional development and celebrates commitment to, and excellence in teaching and learning.

My background is in vocational education, predominantly the active leisure and learning industry, where through senior management roles I have been involved in business operations, qualification development, regulatory requirements, standards review, policy development and implementation, qualification frameworks, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
