About me
I am the Associate Director -HRM. Previously at UWE I was Programme Leader for Business and HRM.
I teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate HRM modules. Before my career in HE, I worked as a generalist HR Manager and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
My research focuses on the application in HR practice of employment laws and the impact a compliance role has for HR professionals.
My office hours in Term 1 are Tuesdays 2pm-4pm.
