About me
I am currently managing the Digital Experience Project. The aim of the project is to provide a seamless, easy digital experience for students, providing access to a range of tools and services to support and engage them throughout their journey.
We are adopting 2 methodologies in this project: Agile and User Centered Design, with the aim to provide value to students as soon as possible and iterate on the product to improve it and incrementally meet the needs of our users.
My past experience has been in the delivery of projects and the management of services in higher education: registration, conferments, online services, student helpline, exams...
My previous role as SJP Project Manager was to support the good running of the programme, writing the programme blueprint, managing the planning and deliverables at programme level, the dependencies between projects and the realisation of benefits to name a few.
I am very familiar with the student experience.
