About me

An education leader with over 20 years of experience in schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, including roles as Head of Design & Technology and Specialist Leader in Education. I have a strong background in teaching, learning, and curriculum development within schools and MATs. Utilising my NPQLT, I have led departments, designed creative curricula and supported educators through coaching and mentoring programmes.
As Project Manager at Future Quest, based at UWE, I lead city-wide outreach initiatives, working with schools and external organisations to build meaningful partnerships across the region. I focus on tackling non-academic barriers to learning, broadening opportunities, and equipping young people with the skills and tools they need to thrive
