About me

I have over 10 years experience teaching in Primary schools across Bristol. During that time I became an experienced middle leader delivering CPD to staff, mentoring students and developing a bespoke Design & Technology curriculum focussing on a practical, problem solving approach. This led me to becoming an associate lecturer at UWE.

Recently I joined UWE permanently as a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education specialising in Design & Technology. I am interested in physical and mental health and how this impacts learning, how teacher relationships play a pivotal role in engagement and teacher professional development.
