About me
I manage Bower Ashton Library, one of UWE's campus libraries which supports staff and students in the College of Arts, Technology and Environment. This includes leading the library team, leading and implementing strategic initiatives as well as developing new projects directly relevant to the City Campus.
I oversee all operational activities and hold responsibility for developing the library space and services.
I liaise with several postgraduate and undergraduate programmes, providing embedded teaching sessions focused on information and academic literacy.
My main interests centre around teaching with materials and objects and delivering excellent service to the programmes I support.
I co-lead on the Bristol Materials Network, which aims to build connections and share knowledge and resources around materials and sustainability, enabling the development of materials literacy for UWE students, staff and the wider community in Bristol.
