About me

I am a Trainee Counselling Psychologist, on UWE Bristol's Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. My training involves completing a research thesis and Viva, alongside taught modules and 450 hours of therapeutic practice.

My current research, practice, and professional interests include: autoethnography and bringing the self to research, complex trauma, neoliberalism, social class, experiences of familial caring, mental health stigma, and creative approaches to research. I also have a keen interest in teaching/mentoring/supporting Psychology students, having joined UWE's staff team as an Associate Lecturer.
