About me

I am Assistant Vice Chancellor for Data Protection & Dispute Management and the nominated lead Data Protection Officer for UWE, Bristol.

Area of expertise

 I practised as a corporate solicitor at Clifford Chance before lecturing law and then heading the Law Department here at UWE, Bristol.  I have worked for the Law Society/SRA as assessor and examiner for professional legal edcuation programmes.  In my current role, I am an IBITG-certified EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner.
