About me

A UWE alumnus, now an entrepreneurship educator working on the Business Team Entrepreneurship programme. I have a passion for active learning approaches "learning by doing" utilising theory and frameworks to reflect and conceptualise learning. My teaching approach reflects this as I teach through coaching and mentoring with some workshop facilitation. I design and manage modules that foster Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle to ensure learning and teaching are cyclical and can be reapplied. I believe all students learn in different ways therefore, creating an inclusive learning environment is at the heart of my pedagogy.
